Press Fn and Corvi sums up the article, video or e-mail on your screen in two seconds and reads it to you. Hold the key and talk, and it types what you say.
macOS 14 or later · Apple silicon and Intel
Press the key yourself.
On your Mac it's the Fn key. Press once, press twice or hold it; Corvi works the same way in every app.
Don't let the screen
keep you waiting.
For everyone who looks
at a screen all day.
Small bird,
big help.
Reads the right part
Takes the text you selected, the message under your pointer or the page's main text. Skips menus and ads.
Turns YouTube into audio
Tells you what the speaker says. The gist of an hour-long video in a coffee break.
Goes deeper with every question
Remembers your follow-ups. If the answer isn't in the content, it searches the web and tells you the source.
Dictionary
Teach it names, terms and abbreviations once; spelled right every time.
Snippets
Say "my address" and your full address is typed. Everything you write often is one word away.
Writing style and streaks
Casual in chats, formal in e-mail. Use it every day and your flame grows.
Only when
you press.
Corvi isn't a recorder. Unless you ask, it looks at nothing and hears nothing.
Never watches in the background
It reads the screen only the moment you press the key, for what's there right then.
Microphone only while the key is held
The recording ends the moment you let go. Silent recordings are never sent anywhere.
Your voice becomes text on your Mac
What you say is transcribed by a local model running on your Mac.

Hour-long videos, the most natural voices and priority support. Early-access users hear about it first.
What do you gain?

During early access every feature is free.
Which Macs does it run on?
Every Mac running macOS 14 Sonoma or newer, with Apple silicon (M1 or later) or an Intel processor.
Which apps does it work in?
Anywhere there's text on screen: Safari, Chrome, Mail, Slack, Notion, WhatsApp, PDFs and YouTube. Dictation types into any field where your cursor is.

It summarizes, understands questions and types in 35 languages, including English, German and Turkish. You can listen to a German article in English.
Where does my data go?

Does it need an internet connection?
For summaries and spoken answers, yes. Turning your speech into text happens on your Mac.
What if my Mac shows a warning the first time?
Open System Settings › Privacy & Security and click "Open Anyway" next to Corvi. You only need to do it once. Install Corvi from Terminal with one line and the warning never appears. Setup steps
Is there a Windows or iPhone version?
For now, Mac only. Corvi was designed around the Mac's keyboard and screen.
How do I uninstall it?
Drag Corvi from the Applications folder to the Trash. You can delete your account in one click in Corvi › Settings › Account.
