These terms govern your use of the Corvi Mac app and related services (the "Service") provided by Miron Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) ("Corvi", "we"). By downloading, installing or creating an account you accept these terms.

1. The Service

Corvi is a Mac app that, when you press its key, summarizes what's on your screen with AI and reads it to you, answers your spoken questions and turns your speech into text. Parts of the Service run on the third-party services listed in the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

3. Early access and fees

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

You are responsible for having the right to use the content you have Corvi read.

5. AI output

Corvi's summaries and answers are generated by AI and can contain mistakes: they may leave out a detail or get one wrong. For important decisions, check the source itself. Corvi is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

7. Third-party services

Corvi works with third-party services such as Google, Anthropic, Groq, Vercel, Supabase and YouTube. If you add your own API key in Settings, your own account terms with that service apply and its fees are yours.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence, nor our liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.

9. Closing your account

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and announce important changes in the app or by e-mail before they take effect. Continuing to use Corvi after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. For other disputes the courts of Adana, Türkiye, have jurisdiction. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
