Who it's for

Corvi for teams and companies

Last updated: 2026-10-29

Teams can use Corvi today on any Mac with macOS 14 or later: each person installs it and signs in with their own Google account or e-mail address. There is no team plan, central admin or shared dictionary yet. This page explains how a rollout works, what data leaves each Mac, and the questions IT and security teams usually ask.

How a rollout works today

  1. Each person downloads Corvi from trycorvi.com/en/download, or installs it from Terminal with one line.
  2. They sign in with a Google account or an e-mail address confirmed with a 6-digit code.
  3. Setup asks for the Accessibility, Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions and lets them try the Fn key.
  4. Updates install by themselves while Corvi is idle.

Corvi is free during early access. Corvi Pro is coming; team pricing hasn't been announced.

What leaves each Mac

DataWhere it goes
Screen contentOnly when the person presses the key, over an encrypted connection to the AI service that summarizes it; not stored on Corvi's servers
SpeechTurned into text on the Mac with a local Whisper model in most languages; the microphone is on only while the key is held
Dictated textOver an encrypted connection to an AI service for punctuation and clean-up
HistoryStays on the Mac
Usage and error logsShared by default to help fix problems; can be turned off under Settings › Privacy

The full details, including which AI providers are used, are in the privacy policy and in privacy, in plain words.

Good practice for teams

Stop typing. Stop reading. Talk and listen.

Corvi is free during early access. Setup takes a minute; if you don't like it, drag it to the Trash.
